I was perusing YouTube.com's website the other day and I saw the NEW! trailer for the NEW! Netflix series starring Jared Leto "The Outsider".

From the trailer it looks like this NEW! Netflix film is going to be sharp, fast paced, action packed and will definitely have you wanting to know what's going to happen next, but some websites seem to have forgotten this and are instead talking of the backlash and accusations of "whitewashing" just like in other series' or other movies like "Ghost In A Shell" that starred Scarlett Johansson and "Doctor Strange" which starred Benedict Cumberbatch.
I have to say when I first saw this NEW! Netflix film's trailer I thought this was another short film that Jared Leto had directed for the band 30 Seconds To Mars because this looks so much style wise like the short film the band did for "From Yesterday" and I was surprised to find out that this is going to be a film that is available on Netflix from 9th March 2018.

According to William Yu who as stated by The Independent Magazine Online who created the #StarringJohnCho project said on Twitter about this "whitewashing" argument with regard to the lack of Asian-American actors being represented in American movies:
"STOP. WRITING. AROUND. US"
As the plot for this movie sees Jared Leto play the character of Nick Lowell an American soldier who during the end of WWII is imprisoned in Japan and is freed by his yakuza member cellmate and he then must fight to join the yakuza in order to pay this debt back.
And The Independent Magazine Online has also argued that as well as this "whitewashing" Netflix have seemed to have no understanding of the yakuza culture as they have centred this film around a white male actor and that there is no historical evidence to prove that the yakuza would let in a American male...but this to me just shows that this argument is utterly ridiculous because all these accusations all though there were some arguments floating around when the other Netflix series "Altered Carbon" was released and was also set in Asia they weren't so many loudly arguing it because of the sci-fi tag attached to the series and because there were some Asian actors and actresses in it but this still was centred on a white male actor, so why is there such a backlash now? The Independent Magazine Online's argument is utterly ridiculous about Netflix not knowing or understanding the yakuza culture as there is no evidence to prove that yakuza would let a American male into their group because this is a work of fiction and yes I know that you have to base your series or film or whatever on some form of non-fiction or reality but as this is fiction then of course there is going to be no evidence of yakuza actually letting in a American male into the group this is just an idea for a film that someone has had.
About time too someone had an original idea and not just a reboot of something that has been done before like the new "Farenheit 451", "Robocop", "Total Recall", "Alladin" etc.
I do get this argument though that Hollywood has "whitewashed" in some movies like "Ghost In A Shell","Old Boy" etc because the film studios think this will go over better for financial and for audience members rather than if you were to see these films in their native language with the English subtitles and with Asian actors and actresses that audiences have never seen before and the remake of these films have been non sensicle and just dire in my opinion but this just looks like to me that the Asian community or whoever argues this "whitewashing" isn't a very inclusive group of people as it just looks like they are saying "this film is about our culture our traditions you shouldn't make anything about this as you won't understand so it'll be best if only an Asian cast act these things out".
RANT OVER! I do realise now that this may sound more like a rant but this does get my back up when you start arguing things like this and don't for others it just looks hypercritical to me.
This is directed by Martin Zadvliet, John Linson who wrote the original idea for this film and Andrew Baldwin who wrote the screenplay for this.

Oh Dear Looks Like "Manners Don't Maketh The Man" as Fox are being sued over "Kingsman: The Secret Service"
I was just perusing The Hollywood Reporter's website this morning and I saw this and I have to say this did pique my interest.
According to The Hollywood Reporter's website Fox is being sued by a screenwriter named R. Spencer Balentine claiming that "Kingsman: The Secret Service" was not based on the comic book series "The Secret Service" which was first published by Icon Pictures in 2012 (a division of Marvel) and written by Mark Millar, but was in fact based on a screenplay he wrote in 2003 titled "The Keepers" that he entered into a screenwriting contest in 2004 and was placed in the top 10 which meant this work was considered for adaption as a comic book by Dabel Brothers Productions.
But R. Spencer Balentine also goes on to claim that because Dabel Brothers Productions in 2006 entered into a publishing and distribution agreement with Marvel this gave Marvel and the screenwriters for "Kingsman: The Secret Service" access to his work and used his ideas for this film.
According to The Hollywood Reporter's website in papers filed by R. Spencer Balentine's attorney Steven Lowe on the 09/02/18 with the Central District Of California Western District R. Spencer Balentine argues that:
"...several key aspects of the Film do not appear in "The Secret Service" comic that do appear (R. Spencer Balentine's) Screenplay; for example, in the comic there is no reference to Knights of the Round Table, no small dog companion to the protagonist, no use of holograms, and the general theme of the comic is about public service rather than an individual overcoming humble origins to achieve greatness..."
Also according to this same website R. Spencer Balentine claims that protagonists, mentors and antagonists all share striking similarities to his creations, ranging from upbringing and beverage choice to disdain for humanity and vulnerability to panic attacks.
R. Spencer Balentine is also claiming that the film and his screenplay have substantially similar plots, including candidacy for an elite secret organization, the kidnapping of state dignitaries and hologram-assisted meetings.
For this R. Spencer Balentine is seeking at least $5million in damages.

MUST SEE VENOM POSTER...AND TRAILER ON THE WAY!sc
I was perusing Collider.com's website this morning and this very exciting piece of news caught my eye...there is already up on the internet a poster of what this NEW! "Venom" movie with Tom Hardy in will look like:
This might just be me but this does strike me as looking a bit like Tim Burton esque particularly the eyes and maybe with the type of font that's been used to say "Veom".
If your not familiar with "Venom" like me then I will fill you in, this is an alien symbiote that was seen in Sam Raimi's "Spider-Man 3" film that was found by Peter Parker and turns his suit black and after realising what it is he manages to separate himself from it but after another photographer Eddie Brock who is played by Topher Grace follows Peter Parker played by Toby Maguire after he wants to get a better photograph of Spider-Man than Peter Parker does, Eddie then find out the identity of Spider-Man but after the symbiote is separated from Spider-Man it attaches itself to Eddie Brock and starts to use him as a host before Spider-Man along with some help from The Green Goblin do they find out that through loud noises can you trap Venom and they use some steel posts as tuning forks to make this loud noise and make a huge cage to trap Venom.
According to Den Of Geek's website they expect that in the next few hours there should be a NEW! Trailer to go along side this poster . And now I've just found this on YouTube.com's website:

This film will be directed by Ruben Fleischer who directed "Gangster Squad" and "Zombieland"...this does look good to me and fingers crossed now this has wrapped on filming Tom Hardy could possibly start filming the next season of "Taboo".

I was perusing YouTube.com's website today when I saw this very exciting video that there was finally a official Trailer released for "Deadpool 2"...which after hearing everything about writers leaving this sequel even before it's begun because of creative differences is a miracle in my opinion that there is even a sequel for this film let alone a film trailer because if there was any more people that left this I don't think there would even be a sequel,-but I just thought though that even if anybody else left this and there was no one else to do this sequel than I'm sure the film studio would get somebody else to write this but it wouldn't stack up to the first "Deadpool" and would probably be shit and a huge disappointment for all involved-.

Also according to Collider.com "Deadpool 2" will introduce Domino who will be played by Zazie Beets who this website is guessing will also probably want to square off with Deadpool as well.
According to Collider.com David Leitch who directed "Atomic Blonde" will step in to direct this sequel, and Rhett Reese writing according to IMDb.com's website the screenplay for this film along with Paul Wernick.
Collider.com is already guessing that with how convoluted the back story is into Cable this film will no doubt take some pot shots at this and take the mickey out of it and I think the jokes are already started with how in this NEW! trailer Cable seems to have taken on a low gravelly tone of voice like Christian Bale did in Christopher Nolan's "Batman Trilogy".
But it does look like that as well as Ryan Reynolds reprising his role in this sequel Morena Baccarin will reprise her role as Vanessa in this sequel as well as T J Miller who plays Weasel and Brianna Hildebrand will also reprise her role as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and so to will Stefan Kapicic as Colossus.
Other new faces to this "Deadpool 2" movie along with Josh Brolin and Zazie Beets are Karen Soni and Leslie Uggams.
This is set to be released in the UK on 1st June 2018 but if your as confused as me about why does it then say in this trailer that the release date is May...well thanks to IMDb.com's website this film will be released in the USA on 18th May 2018. NEW! FALL OUT BOY "CHURCH" AND BEHIND-THE-SCENES
I a MASSIVE FAN of this band and as soon as I heard there were singles available to download before you could preorder the NEW! MANIA album I just had to download them as I was sooooo excited to hear what these singles and the album sounded like and now that I have the NEW! MANIA album I can't stop playing this I am soooo obsessed with listening to it.

Even though this MANIA album feels very different to "Save Rock And Roll" with "The Young Blood Chronicles" and American "Psycho/American Beauty" but will still get stuck in your head none the less, like I played this the first day this album got released and all day it was stuck in my head I just had to watch the music videos on YouTube.com and even though if I get a song stuck in my head I always have to sit and listen to that song or album to get it unstuck but this never happened it just made me want to listen to the whole album again and again.

As I am a MASSIVE fan of this artist Stevie Wolf I was soooo excited to hear that there would be a follow up to "Who" which I can not stop listening to and gets constantly stuck in my head which is no bad thing...but when I try to get this song stuck in my head to replace a song that I really hate like for example Katie Perry I always find myself thinking of Stevie Wolf's "Flights" or "Who" or another one of his earwiggy songs.

I have to be honest I think that this is more of a grower than his other tracks that you instantly get stuck in your head or just want to dance along to,-and I really hate to say that as I am such a massive fan I really want to have this reaction as I had this instant reaction to all of his other tracks,- but saying this I of course I have downloaded this for when I'm out and about...well I am a massive fan of Stevie Wolf's after all!

Enrique Iglesias To Sue Universal Over Lost Royalties
Whilst I was on YouTube.com's website the other day and I was listening to Shakira ft. Maluma "Chantaje" it popped up "Enrique Iglesias-EL BANO" Recommended For You NEW! so naturally I was curious to know what this sounded like and if you haven't heard this yet and are just wishing you were somewhere else in this dreary weather this will definitely do the trick as this sounds sooooo holiday-e and will be definitely one you'll want to get up and dance along to.

Anyhew...as soon as I saw this NEW! Music Video on Youtube's website I saw on the internet this story on The Guardian's website about how Enrique Inglesias is suing Universal for lost royalties.
According to theguardian.com Enrique Inglesias is suing Universal Music Group for "systematically underpaying" his streaming royalties.
According to this same website Enrique Inglesias is alleging in papers that were filed in a Miami federal court he only received a small fraction of his 50% royalty rate for streaming from Universal Music Group resulting in multimillion dollar losses.
James Sammataro in a statement to Billboard.com said that:
"Despite this record-breaking success, Universal has wrongly insisted artists like Enrique be paid for streams in the same manner as they are paid for physical records despite the fact none of the attendant costs (production, distribution, inventory, losses) actually exist in the digital world".
Enrique Inglesias and his lawyer go on to say in these papers according to theguardian.com that in Enrique Iglesias's original 1999 contract with Universal Music Group this indicated that download digital sales would be paid same royalty rate as for physical albums at 50% Universal Music Group's net receipt's and that "...for any type of use not specifically covered..." the royalty rate would remain the same.
But when also according to theguardian.com Enrique Iglesias resigned with Universal Music Group in 2010 his deal included 2 additional albums though didn't specifically mention streaming, but according to these papers "...this was not an oversight..." and these papers go on to claim that:
"...until approximately 2016, Interscope properly recognised and credited Iglesias royalties at 50%. However, Iglesias's streaming royalties were then lowered, in line with a label directive hence the lawsuit, which requests a proper accounting of Iglesias's royalties royalties, access to Universal Music Group's books and damages..."

It looks like from this trailer that Tom Cruise's character Ethan Hunt is yet again being accused of going rogue instead of what IMDb.com's website says that this film is about a operation that goes wrong...how many times is that now? in the first "Mission Impossible" he was accused of being a mole and working with a Russian arms dealer called "Max", in "Mission Impossible III" he was accused again of being a mole and in "Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation" he was accused of being obsessed by this organization that nobody else knew existed and going rogue, surely by now there needs to be a different storyline for the next film if there are to be anymore "Mission Impossible" films because everyone in these films knows by now that Tom Cruise's character wouldn't do that.
This film is directed by Christopher McQuarrie and is written by Bruce Geller who wrote the original TV series and "Mission Impossible" and Christopher McQuarrie.

Stop What You're Doing Right Now Mission Impossible Fans and Watch This Teaser!
I was just perusing the internet and then I saw this and just had to put this up here...the teaser trailer is up for "Mission Impossible: Fallout" and this promises to have the official trailer up on the web on Sunday...so as I am a massive fan of "The Mission Impossible" film franchise this is a date that will definitely be burned into my memory and will definitely be making my Sunday a lot more fun filled.

SUPER MARIO Bros. IS GETTING HIS OWN MOVIE!
I was just perusing the internet and I just saw this on The Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision pages of the website and I just couldn't believe this but I was also really excited hear about this.
The infamous Nintendo game Super Mario Bros.,- in case you don't know,- involves two plumbers Mario and Luigi one wearing a red hat with the initial M on, red shirt, red curly hair, white gloves and dungarees and the other wearing a green hat with the initial L on, black curly hair, green shirt, white gloves and dungarees go through lots of different levels on various islands within the game with friends Yoshi a little dragon who eats tomatoes and several mushrooms to find Princess Peach who is trapped by Bowser a dragon like character with a spiked shell in a castle and throughout these games Mario or depending on which Mario or Luigi icon your playing the game with you have to collect as many gold coins as possible in order to gain more lives so as you can defeat Bowser to get Princess Peach.
This has gone on to other games being created like Mario Karts and Super Mario vs. Donkey Kong etc...is according to The Hollywood Reporter's website Heat Vision pages getting his own film.
And according to this same article on The Hollywood Reporters Heat Vision pages of their website Nintendo will be working with Illumination Entertainment and Shigeru Miyamoto who will produce along with the head of Illumination Entertainment Chris Meledandri a movie that will be based on this infamous character.
Universal Pictures according to this article is set to handle the worldwide distribution for this film although other details about this film like what will this be called, what is the films release date and what will the films storyline are still not known.
