Sounds like Reunioun USA?

I read yesterday on Access Hollywood that some big name artists from back in the day are getting back together in what sounds like to me a Reunion style but over in the USA.

According to The Source "...the lastest album of TLC will be sponsored through the fans and facilitated through Kickstarter...".,-this is the same platform that was used to make the "Veronica Mars" movie-. The Source also says that TLC will be touring with New Kids On The Block and Nelly. And also according to The Source on hearing about the Kickstarter campaign Donnie Wahlberg (Marky Mark Wahlberg's brother)  announced he was "....pledging $10,000 right now. It's going in. We're in. But you have to do a duet with us."

It sounds like to me someone is really trying to make this tour happen.

He also has said on ABC that:

"This is such a great bill and we have so many hit records and such huge followings that we just want to make it the party of the year. This is why we call it 'The Main Event'. It's going to be the event of the year."

Having all these bands from yester year coming back together for one big tour does to me have pangs of the Reunion show that has previously been on ITV2 here in the UK that unites bands like "Atomic Kitten", "Bewitched", "911" etc etc but just for one night only, and then there is a big tour after the show where all these bands perform up and down the country and then this gives them a chance to relive the good old days again, and I think it is an idea to have something like that over in the states but this to me just seems like a something to do because these people in these bands need the money.

In this interview with Billboard TLC's Rozanda Thomas said that she Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez would probably not involved in this last album of theirs but that she wouldn't say no because TLC are open to it.

This may sound a bit harsh but there is no way that she will be included on this album as she died but as we have seen with Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, Freddie Mercury and Tupac,-I just have to say that when they the powers that be in the music industry released a song written by both Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury I just couldn't listen to it as it still gives me a shiver down my spine just thinking about it as both of these artists are dead and it just seems unreal to me that they would have written that song long before they died, not release it until now- that there are ways to include artists that have died .

But Rozanda Thomas said the reason for why this will be their last song, she did say that:

"...We're so blessed to have an amazing. It's rare to have a catalogue that's full of songs that people love and get the opportunity to add to that, and to say it's the last album. We don't really know what the future holds but this is so important to us and we want to do it right..."

So this to me sounds like this will give fans of all these artists to go along for the very last time and have a sing along to all the old hits they had...fair enough. But this does sound like to me that maybe this tour will because it will be so popular with fans jumpstart their careers again, or it could lead to either member of TLC or anyone of these artist on this tour having their own solo career in the future.

But I am curious about the "...we want to do it right..." bit at the end of this statement, what is this suppose to mean? Did they not finish the band right? I didn't know there was a wrong way to finish a band and a right way to finish a band.
