Paul Walker Fast and Furious cars go up for sale!

I saw this the other day on Top Gear's website and couldn't believe this news that two of the many many cars that are either bought in like the cars that were used in 'Fast and Furious 7' in the scene where all of Dominic Toretto's team drive into Abu Dhabi and park up by the beach while waiting for this 'friend' of Ramsey's to appear are all privately owned except for Toretto's, or the cars are brought in and then customised.

The modified orange Toyota Supra that was used in 'Fast and Furious' that Paul Walker's character Brian O'Connor makes at Dominic's garage after he brings in a haul of scrap metal and says to Dominic Toretto that this scrap is going to be Torreto's new car.

Anyhew...I digress this isn't according to Top Gear's website the only modified Toyota Supra in existence, but this is just one of several Toyota Supra stunt cars used in the movie. And this one (see below), was used specifically for the end of the movie where Brian O'Connor and Dominic Torretto have a street race after Toretto finds out that Brian O'Connor was an undercover policeman sent to arrest him and his crew as he had been stealing from truckers who were delivering high end quality things to dealers and the police needed to stop them as the truckers were arming themselves, and in doing this street race they jumped a set of railroad tracks and just about pulled it off as they both jumped at the last moment when the train was coming.

Thanks to Mecum Auctions who will be auctioning this car off between the 12-17th May with an expected sale price of up to £130,000 or $200,000, this car comes with a full roll cage, heavy duty suspension, a set of competition seats and a strengthened fuel tank.

The lucky owner of this car will also get this car complete with artwork down the sides of the car, huge rear wing, alloy wheels, a performance steering wheel, but this one unfortunately isn't that fast or that furious if that's what your thinking Fast Fans... this car only produces 220bhp.

And not only this but the Nissan Skyline 550bhp that Paul Walker drove in 'Fast and Furious 4',- if your like me and are trying to remember which one of the 'Fast and Furious' franchise this is then I'll help you out, this is the one where it's been 6yrs after the events of the first film, O'Conner's back with the FBI, and they are now wanting to find Braga the head of a drug cartel that has been able to so far evade the police and he just happens to find who to transport the drugs from street racers that have been picked by David Park and whoever wins the races the drivers become drivers for Braga, anyway at the same time as this Letty is 'dead', a colleague of O'Connor's at the FBI thinks he'll be able to arrest Toretto at her funeral or his sister that the FBI are watching will lead them to him, but Toretto gets himself involved in this as one of the drivers for Braga he finds out killed Letty so he's looking for revenge, and at the same time as this he ends up helping O'Connor arrest Braga and is prepared to then go to jail for it this then leads O'Conner, Mia and with a little bit of help to spring Toretto from the prison bus that transports him to LongPoke prison-, is now up for sale for an estimated price of £600,000, but with it only covering 6,000km Top Gear online suspect it more than likely it will sell for higher than this at £4million.

As with the above Toyota Supra this Nissan Skyline wasn't the only one that was used for this film, there were nine Skyline stunt cars in total that were used for this film. Paul Walker actually drove this heavily modified R34 Nissan Skyline.

And I'm really sorry but I'm going to have to break off from this story but news has just broke that Universal Studios is currently working on a New York based Fast and Furious 8 and in the words of Vin Diesel:

" We're gonna make the best movie you've ever seen".

This movie is said to be released on April 14th 2017.

Anyhew... back to the main story this car has a twin turbo 2.6 litre straight-six engine with a Turbonetics front mounted intercooler, this sends around 550bhp to all four wheels via a six-speed Gertrag shifter.

According to Top Gear Magazine's website a simple software modification could see this fast car go even faster at over 1000bhp.

This car even includes: Nismo lowering springs, a custom roll cage, an ARC titanium strut tower bar, Volk racing wheels, a Rotora big brake conversion, a Nismo bumper and side skirts, no rear seats (this car is only built for two people so no back seat drivers needed), a Momo Alcantara steering wheel, Nismo brakes, Nismo exhaust, custom seats, a 40 page appraisal from a well known accredited appraisal company documenting the build and movie car history indicating a value range estimate between 750,000 euros and 5,000 euros as well as a custom head up display for a dash mounted PC.
