Conrad Murray

On a more serious note...RollingStone reported yesterday that Dr. Conrad Murray had decided himself and told the Superior Court Judge that he wouldn't testify in his own defense in the ongoing trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson.

He told the Superior Court Judge that it is:

"...my decision that I will not testify in this matter..."

He made this decision after the Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor asked Conrad Murray earlier yesterday if he understood that he (Murray) was the only one who could decide if he wanted to testify before the jury.

The case that is being put forward by Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers is now winding down after a week of the jury hearing testimony from character witnesses and medical experts.

Dr. Murray has pleaded not guilty to the charge of involuntary manslaughter, but if he is found guilty by the jury he will have his medical license taken away and will serve a jail term.

So...watch this space for the many more twists and turns that will be involved in this ongoing trial...and also watch this space for the out come of this trial.
