STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW AND READ THIS: LUTHER SERIES 5 IS ON IT'S WAY!

I was perusing the internet the other day and I saw this on DigitalSpy.com's website and I have to say I was really excited as who doesn't want to see another series of Luther.

You may or you may not have heard that for some time now there has been talk about there being another series of Luther being shown on BBC One at some point but the only information I have been able to find out about this is just teaser trailers that don't tell you much other than Idris Elba will be back to reprise the role of Luther...and now thanks to DigitalSpy.com we now know when this will be coming back to TV and how long we will have to wait for this series.

Also thanks to Digital Spy.com's website there is finally a trailer for this series 5 "Luther", here is the YouTube.com link below for you to take a little peak at the official trailer for series 5 and see what you think:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zltvWcctE6g

According to DigitalSpy.com's website this new series will "bring something new to the table" and that this new series will force Luther to confront his past as well it coming to BBC One on January 1st 2019 at 9pm with the series finale being aired on Friday January 4th 2019.

I'm a massive fan of this show and cannot wait for this to come back for another series and I still can't believe it's taken this long to make another series as I would have thought after the last series and especially after it looked like Alice had died and Luther thinking that she wasn't really dead that there would have been another series filmed straight away so we the audience could find out if Alice was really dead or not.

Anyhew...according to this same article on DigitalSpy.com's website Ruth Wilson who plays the character Alice is set to reprise her role with the actress teasing that there have been talks of her character getting her own spin-off and Idris Elba according to this same website also teasing that this series is not the end for his character either...so could this mean that there is more series's to come if there is I can't wait!

And as well as this Hermione Norris who you may or may not recognise from "Cold Feet" will be joining the cast of this new series.

DRUM ROLL PLEASE!....NEW! DVD RELEASES FOR THE NEW YEAR!

I was just perusing my e-mails this morning checking up on last minute Christmas shopping gifts and having a huge wave of anxiety of did I choose next day delivery or did I just choose the standard delivery which means all the items I've bought online aren't going to get to me until after Christmas...which is ridonculous when all these online sites have Christmas sales as well as delivery cut off times especially for Christmas so it would be nice if these websites could give you a little heads up if this is the case instead of just saying in the e-mail confirmation they send you after the fact that it won't get to you until after Christmas so you have to cancel the said item...and I saw a very interesting e-mail from Amazon which piqued my interest...the release dates for:

Venom on DVD and Robin Hood on DVD

Venom is fingers crossed is said to according to Amazon's website due to be released on DVD on 4th February 2019...so I'm thinking this is one date that is not to be missed and one for the diary!

Robin Hood fingers crossed is said to according to Amazon's website due to be released on DVD on 25th March 2019.

In case your wondering panic was averted all last Christmas gift items I've purchased online are going to be arriving on time and Christmas won't be cancelled this year...PHEW!

!WARNING THE BELOW MAY CONTAIN A BIT OF A RANT SO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ ON LOOK AWAY NOW!

Now I went to see this new Robin Hood film with all my family and we all really enjoyed watching it and we couldn't figure out why or how this film had got so many bad reviews because first of all this is a Robin Hood film and who doesn't love to watch a film about Robin Hood...there's "Disney's Robin Hood" that is a really good film, "Mel Brooks's Men In Tights" that's a hilarious spoof and a must see if you haven't seen it yet and not forgetting "Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves" and well "Robin Hood" that starred Russell Crowe,- (which if you ask me is more of a guessing game as to what accent Russell Crowe is putting on throughout the entire film than being able to concentrate on what else is happening in the movie, but it's still good to watch when there is absolutely nothing on the TV to watch),- and there was a lot of action in this film which was fast paced so the whole story of the film feels like it's not being dragged out to be an epic Peter Jackson film with a running time of three hours, and well I did anyway feel like when the film finished like "oh is that it?" like you know when a good song has been playing on the radio and then it suddenly finishes.

Secondly...now this is where this may sound like a bit of a rant, I was reading on Collider.com's website a couple of days ago an interview they had done with the director of "Mission Impossible: Fallout" in which he was saying that he doesn't think that the academy give out awards to films like "Mission Impossible" because he feels that they forget why people make films in the first place for people's entertainment...and after I saw this film I have to say that I think that I agree with him here as critics have said this is a bad film but to be honest I didn't see anything in this that wasn't entertaining or that would make me think that this was as pants as the critics have made this film out to be and because of this I just had to jump onto Amazon's website and pre-order this on DVD as I really wanted to know when I could purchase this and see this film again...and now I think about it this would probably make a better movie to see over the Christmas period than the films the TV channels have advertised like "The Greatest Showman" being advertised as a film that everybody would love to see over Christmas or "Love Actually" or "Bridget Jones's Diary"...as I think that everybody from children to grandparents would find this really enjoyable with all the action scenes that had bows and arrows in stealing from the greedy sheriff of Nottingham and the Church to give to the people who really need the money to the big action sequence at the end where the people steal all of the money with Robin and how they manage to get it to the forest.

And now that I think about it critics absolutely panned "Suicide Squad" and this still received an Oscar for best hair and makeup...so this just shows you how little critics really know.

But on the other hand I do have to say that there are parts of this film that I think that bring this film down like how at first when I saw the trailer for this film I thought it looked like it was the follow up to Guy Ritchie's "King Arthur", and it looks like the film makers have tried to make the story for the film a bit like the one in "Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves" with how Robin is told he has to serve in the army to fight over in the Crusades and meets Jamie Foxx's Moor character after he is arrested along with his son for fighting against the armies of England and Robin then gets himself arrested for trying to stop Jamie Fox's son from being executed and then Jamie Foxx's character follows Robin back to England. Robin's leather coat looks like something from AllSaints, and there are many times when Robin just doesn't keep his scalf over his mouth to keep up his disguise and at the end of the film there seems to me like the film makers have tried to put in to this film an epic Batman sounding instrumental like the music that was in Christopher Nolan's Batman films.

LOOKS LIKE EWAN McGREGOR IS JOINING THE DC UNIVERSE IN "BIRDS OF PREY"

I was reading the other day on the internet that in the movie universe of DC Comics Ewan McGregor will be playing the villain The Black Mask in just one of the Harley Quinn movie projects as she is going to be starring in David Ayer's "Gotham City Sirens" and as yet according to IMDb.com an untitled "Harley Quin and Joker" movie along with a hopefully much anticipated "Suicide Squad 2"...looks like this character as well as Margot Robbie will be a busy bunny for quite a while yet!

I have to be honest when I first heard about the Black Mask being the villain in this first Harley Quinn movie project "Birds Of Prey" I had to Google this as I really didn't know much about this villain as I did other villains like the Joker, Raz al Ghul, Penguin, Two Face, Dr. Freeze, The Riddler, Poison Ivy, Bane, Catwomen etc etc, according to Wikipedia,-and here is where comic book fans may have to forgive me if I get this a bit wrong-, the Black Mask's real name is Roman Sionis a disguised obsessed crime lord who was forced by his wealthy parents to make friends with Bruce Wayne although his parents hated the Wayne's they still wanted to mingle in high society, he was dropped on his head as a baby and his parents paid people off to cover up this fact. He is also according to Wikipedia an expert in intimidation, torture and hand to hand combat and when he takes the mask off he is an expert in hypnosis.

This film will not only be introducing this new villain in a DC Comic Book spinoff movie but this film will also introduce Helena Bertinelli a.k.a Huntress who will be played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Dinah Lance a.k.a Black Canary who will be played by June Smollett-Bell, Gotham City Detective Renee Montoya who will be played by Rosie Perez and Cassandra Cain who will be played by Ella Jay Basco as according to ScreenRant.com's website the plot for "Birds Of Prey" is that Margot Robbie's character Harley Quinn forms a gang of super heroin's which includes Black Canary and Huntress to protect Cassandra Cain from the Black Mask after she stumbles upon a diamond that belongs to the Black Mask.

But I'm thinking if these characters are as psychotic as Harley Quinn was in "Suicide Squad" then the term "stumbled upon" is going to be very loose...more probably like this diamond was stolen from the Black Mask.

Anyhew...also according to ScreenRant.com's website filming for "Birds Of Prey" hasn't started yet but is thought to begin filming in early 2019 with according to IMDb.com's website February 7th 2020 in the USA release date.

According to The Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision's website Cathy Yan will be directing this for Warner Bros. with Sue Kroll producing via her Kroll & Co. banner along with Margot Robbie and her LuckyChap Entertainment and Bryan Unkeless' Clubhouse Pictures and the script for this is being written by Christina Hodson.

FINALLY! STEPHEN KING "DOCTOR SLEEP" IS GETTING ADAPTED

You may or may not have already heard this news that Stephan King "Doctor Sleep" is FINALLY getting adapted into it's own movie...I would have thought that as other books of Stephen King has already been adapted like "IT", "Mr. Mercedes", "Carrie",-this got remade with Zoe Grace Moretz starring as Carrie-, "Dark Tower", "The Shining" (of course) etc that this would also get remade as especially as it is a sequel to "The Shining" which is such a fantastic film I would have thought that this would have been the first of all the other books adapted into a film as this is a sequel to "The Shining"...and this film had such a buzz to it as it was directed by the legendary director Stanley Kubrick and starred Jack Nicholson as Jack Torrence.

If you haven't seen "The Shining" where the hell have you been? you really need to watch this film and if you haven't read this book you also really need to read this book...but if you haven't read "Doctor Sleep" then I will fill in the blanks:

"Doctor Sleep" follows Danny Torrence after the events that took place at the Overlook Hotel where he found out he had "the shining" ability to see things that had happened in the past like the ghosts of the dead twin girls that were killed by the father with an axe of the family who were hired before Danny's father to look after the hotel in the winter season when everyone leaves the hotel, things that were going to happen before they happen like the rivers of blood that come down the corridor and out of the elevators of the hotel and he can also use his gift to communicate with other people who can "shine" like he does like the chef Dick Halloran, he now is an alcoholic to stop his gift and he's still traumatized by everything that has happened at the hotel and his mother has died and he hasn't talked to Dick Halloran in ages but he has learnt to create lock boxes to stop seeing the ghosts especially that of Mrs. Massey, and he then moves to a new town to get away from everything and to try and stop drinking so he gets a job at the local hospital where people seem to know about his "shining" as it appears that everytime a white cat goes into the room of a elderly patient it tends to mean they're going to die and then Danny gets called to help the patient go, and on the weekends he has a job driving a train as part of the towns local attraction. Soon though he learns that they're is a little girl with "the shining" ability that seems stronger than his called Abra that is trying to communicate with him and he soon learns that she is in need of his help as not only does she not know what "the shining" is but this group The True Knot have been traveling round in caravans killing children for their "Shining" so they can remain young but this starts to go wrong as one of the kids they kill is ill with chickenpox and in turn they start dying, but the leader thinks that if they kill Abra then they will be young forever and this leads to a showdown between Danny using his ability as well as "the shining" of Abra's dying grandmother at the campsite that is next to The Overlook Hotel.

Anyhew...according to Variety.com's website Ewan McGregor has been cast as Danny Torrence in Warner Bros. adaption of this Stephen King book and also I have read on other websites about this that Stephen King has given his blessing for Ewan McGregor to be cast as Danny Torrence as I had heard that Stephen King had supposedly not liked Stanley Kubrick's adaption of his book "The Shining".

Also according to Variety.com's website Warner Bros. have got Mike Flanagan to direct and his producing partner Trevor Macy will produce along with Vertigo Entertainment's Jon Berg.

Also according to Deadline.com's website also starring alongside Ewan McGregor in this film will be Rebecca Ferguson who you may or may not have seen in "Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation" who played Ilsa Faust and who you may or may not have seen in "Mission Impossible: Fallout" will play the role of "Rose The Hat" the leader of The True Knot, Bruce Greenwood will also star in this film along with Carl Lumbley, Alex Essoe and Zahn McClarnon.

Also according to IMDb.com's website this is pencilled in to be released in the USA on the 24th January 2020.

HOLY SHIT! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS REAL "GLADIATOR 2" MIGHT BE HAPPENING!

OMG! I have just read this and as I am a massive fan of this film I just had to put this up on here...and because this is probably the best news I have heard since I have been away from blogging and having to deal with being diagnosed with skin cancer.

According to DeadlineHollywood.com Ridley Scott has begun forward progress on a sequel to "Gladiator", and also according to this same article on this website the charge for this sequel is being led by Ridley Scott and his Scott Free banner.

If you haven't seen this amazing, cinematic genius, once in lifetime film as with the scale of it you'll  never get another film like it, like "The Lord Of The Rings" films, why the hell not!? it's been out long enough for you to have seen it by now either on DVD, on TV or any streaming services,-I do realise here that I may have gone on a bit but I am just a MAHOOOSIVE fan of this film-, then I will fill in the blanks for you:

Russell Crowe plays Maximus Decimus Meridius commander of the armies of the north and is favoured by the leader of Rome Marcus Aurelius, and this of course causes tensions between him and his son Commadus who is played by Joaquim Phoenix, but he Commadus also is wanting of his father's power when he dies and he also wants the love of his sister Lucilla who has been widowed by her husband Lucius Farris and has a son also named Lucius just like his father, but when Marcus Aurelius tells Commadus that when he dies he wants to give his power to lead Rome to Maximus to stop the corruption that has occurred within Rome's politicians and this then turns Commadus to murdering his father not just because of this but because he thinks his father loves Maximus more than he does him and Marcus tells him that his faults as a son are his faults as a father. Also when Maximus tells what he thinks are his friends in his generals that he thinks that Marcus Aurelius has been murdered and that he means to go home as was promised to him after the war to his wife and son these generals arrest him and on Commadus's orders take him out to the woods and murder him and also on Commadus's orders the army goes to Maximus's house and burn and hang his wife and child and when Maximus finds this out by killing the marshes sent to kill him and riding home he then is sold into slavery and sold to Oliver Reed and taught how to be a gladiator and he soon becomes the best gladiator and in honour of his father Commadus puts on 180 days of games meant to be played out in the gladiatorial arena and invites the best fighters to this and therefore Maximus goes with the intention of killing Commadus, but of course when Commadus finds out that Maximus isn't dead he sets about trying to kill him with tigers on chains in the arena but Maximus kills them, and when he thinks people are conspiring against him and helping Maximus with the advise of one of his politicians he arrests a senator and lets it play out this plan to get Maximus out of Rome with the help of his friend "Sisero" and have 2 horses waiting for them, he then kills Sisero and arrests Maximus and has him in handcuffs and stabs him and then has Maximus dressed up ready to fight so he can take him on in the arena but he also arrests his sister who was a part of this conspiracy and tells her he wants her to love him as he has loved her and he wants her to have his children so that the Cesar blood line will live on and he'll kill her if she looks at him in a manner he finds displeasing, if she decides to take her own life or does anything that he doesn't like he'll kill her. Then Maximus despite his stab wound manages to kill Commadus and asks Lucilla to free the prisoners and he then dies going home to his wife and child in the afterlife.

Anyhew...according to DeadlineHollywood.com this sequel will focus on Lucius the son of Lucilla and will show how strong an influence Maximus left on him.

Also according to this same article Ridley Scott wants to direct this sequel and Paramount will be the studio developing the project with Universal Pictures having the option to co-finance this, but at the moment Paramount are setting Peter Craig on to write the script with Scott Free producing with Red Wagon's Doug Wick and Lucy Fischer and Walter Parkes and Laurie McDonald of Parkes + McDonald also producing.

Also according to this same article this could happen very quickly, and although this sounds very exciting this could take a bit of a back seat as according to this same website Ridley Scott is right now directing his first TV series for TNT "Raised By Wolves" which will be filmed in South Africa, he's also got several other projects in the pipeline such as the Scarlet Johansson starring drama about the photojournalist Lyndsey Addario, and a potential film about the formative years of Merlin for Disney which will be produced by Ridley Scott and Gil Netter and is being rewritten by Chris Weitz.

NEW! LOOKS LIKE EMINEM'S GETTING IN ON THE "VENOM" BAND WAGON!

I was just perusing the internet this morning looking for any updates on the "Venom" movie and I found out that whilst the official soundtrack for this movie hasn't been released for pre-order yet according to hotnewhiphop's website Eminem whilst releasing to the world and to his droves of fans showcased a snippet of his single "Venom" which he has done for this film, and this will also feature on his new album "Kamakazi",-track 13-, which if you want to is available to pre-order now or if you are like me and want to have a proper listen to this single and not just a snippet of this single, you can go and stream this or download this from Amazon, iTunes, Spotify etc. This will also feature on the official soundtrack of the movie.

This to me sounds like Sony are going to go big for this official soundtrack to this movie and I have to say that this does sound cool BUT... it does make me want to know what else will be on this official soundtrack for this movie more though, but I'd have to see how this song is put into this movie as I don't think this to me sounds very cinematic like Fall Out Boy's "Super Fade" from their "Lake Effect Kid" EP,-this to me sounds like this is just begging to be in a film or to be put on an official soundtrack for something-. if you haven't heard "Super Fade" or this Lake Effect Kid" EP here is the link via YouTube.com for you to have a little listen and see what you think:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64eM2EJb3Wk

Also according to Maxim.com's website in an interview that Tom Hardy did with Total Film Magazine he said that:

"We've signed up for three of them. So it's very much an open case..."

He went on to say in this same interview that:

"We'll see what people's responses are to it. I think it's an awesome character. I love playing both of them..."

And as this "Venom" film that will be released in UK cinemas on October 5th as a stand alone film to the Spider-Man film franchise which could suggest that along with Tom Hardy signing on to do three of these films Sony are going to try and set up their own big budget superhero film franchise with Tom Hardy going on to say in this same interview with Total Film Magazine that:

"It's an amuse-bouche..."/

"We're all prepped for it to be a standalone universe. So whatever Sony want to attach to it at a later date , it's a fulcrum piece. But let's see what happens when it lands."

If you haven't seen the third trailer for this film please see the YouTube.com link below:

HOLD THE BUS! THERE'S FINALLY A MUSE ALBUM ON THE WAY AND A NEW SINGLE!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! I'm seriously having to hold back on how excited I am to hear this news as this and probably to a hell of a lot of other MUSE fans has been a looooooong time coming to hear that finally there is an album on the way from MUSE....,-but there was an interview the band have done with various radio shows and magazines saying that they were thinking of releasing a couple more singles before releasing an album so I shouldn't feel so surprised among the massive tour the band have been on that this has taken so long to release-.

Anyhew...I was perusing YouTube.com's website the other morning as I was hearing on Radio 1's Greatest Hits show Muse "Time is Running Out" and that got me thinking "why are radio 1 playing MUSE as they don't normally play their tracks? and it came up on the homepage a NEW! MUSE single and music video had just been uploaded, if you haven't seen this yet here is the link below for you to have a little look at and see what you think of it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0UWT0dFSQE

I love at the 2:43 mark of this video the Queen style guitar solo that's in this song and I do like this thumping walking drum/bass line but I do think for me this is a bit of a grower but I think these visual effects are amazing and that MUSE should get some kind of award for how good these are because I bet these are just as amazing as the visual effects that the band uses live on stage when they go on these massive tours around the world that you can see pictures of on the bands Twitter page.

And with this NEW! Music Video I jumped on Twitter and saw on the bands Twitter page the AMAZING! news that's got me grinning from ear to ear looking like the Cheshire cat just thinking about this that there will be a NEW! album "Simulation Theory" will be released on November 9th 2018 and if you go to their official website you can pre-order this now to get early access to the bands 2019 tour.

NEW! MUSIC VIDEO FROM PANIC! AT THE DISCO AND IMAGINE DRAGONS!.... AND THEN SOME

I trust everyone has had a good bank holiday...and I just saw this exciting piece of news for anyone who loves PANIC! AT THE DISCO or Imagine Dragons and thought I just had to put this up on here as this is sure to make the whole going back to work thing a little smoother process today as well we all know by now that bank holidays mean we can all go big on a night out or do whatever you want and not have to worry too much about going into work on Monday as everybody is off work...#TuesdayMotivation. Just couldn't resist the hashtag!

Anyhew….I was perusing Twitter yesterday and I saw that PANIC! AT THE DISCO had Tweeted that the music video for "High Hopes" was going to be coming tomorrow so as anyone who loves this band like me I just had to first thing this morning jump on YouTube.com's website and have a look and see if this NEW! music video had been uploaded yet and sure enough this was there. If you haven't seen this video yet I would urge you to as in the words of PANIC! AT THE DISCO stop whatever you are doing now and watch this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPXIgEAGe4U

I have to say that although I love this song I really,-and this could just be- think that the one sided gull winged car looks so cool...very De Lauren "Back To The Future" style.

Also whilst I was perusing YouTube.com's website I saw that Imagine Dragons had done an official music video for "Natural" and of course as I am a massive fan of this band I just had to watch this as well as put this NEW! Official Video up on here:

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0I647GU3Jsc

Also I have just heard that...and don't kill me Fall Out Boy fans if this seems a bit late in the day but Fall Out Boy are doing 2 shows at "The Home Of The Cubs"...Wrigley Field! Soooooo jealous that I can't go this sounds sooooooo cool to me! But also as a love letter to their hometown they have now released an EP that you can buy now on Spotify, iTunes Amazon etc called "Lake Effect Kid"...just downloaded it and if you haven't got your copy of it yet I suggest you hop onto any of these download platforms and download it now.

Also I just thought I'd put up on here the music video for "City In a Garden" if you hadn't seen this yet and see what you think of this:

NEW! MUSIC CATCH UP PART II

And as I mentioned this on my other post Camilla Cabello ft Pharrell Williams "Sangria Wine" which if you didn't know was one of the tracks that was on Spotify's "World Cup 2018" playlist along with one of You Me At Six's new release from their NEW! album "VI" which you can pre-order now and will be released on 5th October "3AM"...here is the link to have a little listen to both these songs if you haven't heard either of these yet below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=buky0hLsBa0

And this song also comes with a dance challenge if your interested to learn the dance moves for this song:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOP50VQBdCg

I have to be honest when I first heard of this challenge me, my sisters and mum tried to do this dance and we failed as we kept being able to get one part of the dance down like the foot steps we got down but we just couldn't get this with the hand movement...it was just a disaster so whenever we listen to this song now we just dance however we want as its evident that we'll never get the complete moves for this song down.

Anyhew...if you haven't heard or seen the NEW! music video for You Me At Six's "3AM" here is the link to YouTube.com to have a little gander at:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrELmjpktYE

And this band has just released a NEW! single "I O U" if you haven't heard this single yet here is the YouTube.com link for you to have a little listen to:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAqZm2UxHTg

I love the bass on this new song of theirs and I really think I should download these singles but I've already pre-ordered this album and it comes with an audio rip so this will be in my amazon library when the album drops ready for me to listen to when I'm on the move, and I hate it when I buy the singles of songs before the album comes out and its like I've bought things twice and with all the downloads I could have just probably made the whole album out of what I've already downloaded.

And in case you haven't heard yet You Me At Six are doing a Take Off Your Colours anniversary tour this November/December.

As well as this Fall Out Boy have released "Bishop's Knife Trick" from their album "MANIA" which if you haven't got this yet "Why the hell not?" as this is a bloody amazing album and I urge you to buy this if you haven't already as a massive fan of this band I cannot stop playing this album. Here is the music video for this if you haven't seen this yet here is the YouTube.com link for you to have a little gander at:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ig2dQ_ybCeI

Also if your a fan like me of Imagine Dragons or 30 Seconds To Mars and haven't seen the video for their NEW! singles "Born To Be Yours ft. Kygo" or "Natural",-well the single "Rescue Me" from 30 Seconds To Mars really isn't that new it's just not been given any radio play according to YouTube.com's website the music video was uploaded 2 months ago,- but I just thought that along with this song of 30 Seconds To Mars this Imagine Dragons ft Kygo nor "Natural" has been getting played on the radio very much but if you were to be watching music TV "Born To Be Yours" gets played a hell of a lot. If you haven't seen the music videos for either these singles here are the YouTube.com links for you to have a gander at:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEWb6bsd5lo

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_G-k6TQYUek

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BPfyhhv7-c

I have to say that I didn't at first get grabbed by "Natural" but I think it's fair to say that this has grown on me as I'm now finding that when I listen to this song I find my toe tapping along to this song, and I think that with "Imagine Dragons ft. Kygo" I probably annoyed the hell out of my family on holiday as I couldn't stop playing this as I love the chilled dance beat that this song has as well as the video being very funny in my opinion.

Also before I finish this post Paramore has a NEW! single out "Caught In The Middle", if you haven't seen the music video for this here is the link below for you to take a gander at:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFOY6KJlFEg

Also if your interested or like me a huge fan of this band Paramore have just done with Urban Outfitters clothing store a merchandise collection as well as Hayley Williams (lead vocalist) doing a video interview for this if you want to have a little gander at this here is the link below to watch this interview:

 https://www.youtube.com/user/paramore

And you should definitely check out Hayley Williams' brand of amazingly vibrant semi-permanent hair dye GoodDyeYoung which as well as being amazingly vibrant colours they are all called amazing names like the red in the collection is called "Rock Lobster", there is a blue in the collection called "Narwhal" and as a nod to the legendary band "No Doubt" song "Ex-Girlfriend" and to the amazingly cool Gwen Steffani and how she had her hair in this video there is a super vibrant pink in the collection, if you haven't seen the music video for this please see the link below:

NEW! MUSIC CATCH UP! PART I

I have been meaning to put this NEW! MUSIC up sooner but I have had to unfortunately put this on the back burner due to going on holiday and then a couple of weeks later I got sick...just when things were going so well typical!

Anyhew...you may or may not have heard that Shakira has released another single with Maluma
"Clandestino" and there is now a music video, here is the YouTube.com link to have a little look at it and see what you think:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DhA69K3fZ4

This is definitely one to get you dancing along to and I have to say that I can't stop playing this as it sounds so holiday to the annoyance of my sisters who must have now heard this song a hundred times. I also urge you if you haven't yet you need to buy or download her album "El Dorado" this is just so nice to listen to as this to me just sounds so holiday-e plus I defy you to not want to dance around to any of these songs.

I still don't know why this including the many other Shakira songs, J balvin, J balvin x Nicky Jam or the NEW! Pharrell Williams and Camilla Cabello song that is just made for holidays does not get played on the radio.

If you haven't heard any J Balvin songs including "Mi Gente" then you should take a little listen to these songs including his new song from his album "Vibras" "No Es Justo" ft Lennox and Zion the video is just so funny with the little Minnie me's of each other, if you haven't seen this yet here is the YouTube.com link for you to take a little look at:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2zn4dAuZ2RU

Also to pop it on here whilst I'm thinking of songs that can keep you in the holiday frame of mind...you should give Malum's album a little listen to.

And as I've mentioned this previously "J Balvin x Nicky Jam" you should give this a listen to if you haven't yet herd of this...but you might have already heard this as before I went on holiday Capital Radio were giving this a lot of plays not the home of new music Radio 1.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_I_D_8Z4sJE

Ok I've tried to hold back as much as I can when it comes to Radio 1 not playing new music or any up and coming music in this post but I just have to get this off my chest...yesterday Dev thought it would be funny to tell the nation that a new up and coming band had got in contact with him and asked for him to play their new record but he couldn't be bothered to open the link to their music or the e-mail and he just said if you want to get your music played you have to go through the BBC introducing pages but that's shameful I think for a radio station that is suppose to have the motto "In New Music We Trust"...I guess this motto died the day that Zane Lowe left the radio station, and I've seen these pages and this to me just seems like a big waste of time as a lot of the bands on these pages don't even get picked up until their is a new music festival and then when this concert gets aired on tv everyone wonders why the crowd are looking not impressed...because no one has heard of the song they're playing and unless it's a mindless song like the one that Radio 1 played yesterday called "Shotgun" this could take up to a year to never to get any airplay!...I really tried to listen to this song yesterday and I thought "Ok this sounds like it could be cool" but then the chorus kicked in and I thought "god I'll give this girl a shotgun just to shut up this is so bad".

I bet this band thought they'd done really well to find out what Dev's e-mail address was and I have just thought that I have heard that as part of their license agreement Radio 1 have got to get more 18-25 years olds listening and this song may not have sounded like it would appeal to this age group but if the station played more new music and didn't just leave this up to new music being played on Fridays or to Annie Mac and more of a range of genre's this could solve the problem instead of just playing bubble gum pop crap like Taylor Swift or Little Mix all the time!

Ok...I'm taking a big deep breath in right now and this rant is now officially over....and I bet your thinking to your self "Thank god that's over!"

NEW! VENOM AND WINNIE THE POOH TRAILER!...YES I SAID WINNIE THE POOH TRAILER!

I know I do realise from the title of this post that you may be thinking how could I have put these two NEW! movie trailers together in one blog post as these two films are the polar opposites of each other but I just thought it's Winnie The Pooh I just couldn't resist putting it up on here.

Anyhew...you may or may not already know but there is going to be a live action movie of "Winnie The Pooh" that according to the trailer is by the same people that did "Beauty and The Beast"...so its safe to say that Walt Disney Pictures is hoping for another big hit just like "Beauty and the Beast".

Here is the link to watch the trailer for "Christopher Robin" on IMDb.com:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4575576/?ref_=nv_sr_1

I have to say when I first heard about this film being made and that it had a trailer I just had to drop everything I was doing in that moment and watch this trailer...and I must have seemed very odd in the office sat there watching this with my headphones on saying "Pooh!" very loudly with a smile on my face because nobody ever expects that in there day to day lives...but I have to say that this looks really lovely and thank god that there is this version as this seems the right way to do a "Winnie The Pooh" film to me and not that one that was sad and called "Goodbye Christopher Robin". I think just like "Beauty and The Beast" this is one I will definitely have to have a little look at when it gets released in cinemas in the UK on August 17th 2018...and I think this is definitely a date that should be in your diary if your going to make a trip to the cinema anytime soon.

If you don't live in the UK please go to this page on IMDb.com and underneath the title of this film where it says the UK release date just click on this and this will take you to a list of other countries that this film will be released in.

Anyhew...the other day I saw that there is a third trailer for "Venom" which I know I may have sounded like I was giving it a hard time in my last post about this film but it does look even with this NEW! trailer bloody awesome...here is the link to it on IMDb.com's website:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1270797/?ref_=nv_sr_1

This trailer shows more of the cool CGI effects that you can expect to see in this movie like for instance the fact that "Venom" can make a head out of Eddie Brock's chest and have an actual face to face conversation with Eddie...but it also shows the cool head to head fight "Venom" will have with the other symbiote in the film "Riot" and how after a face off moment this reveals that "Riot" is Carlton Drake...but it also looks cool the CGI effect when "Venom"/Eddie Brock goes into Mrs.Chen's shop.

But I have just thought though that I hope when this gets released on October 5th that this doesn't go too heavy on the CGI effects like the last "Resident Evil" film or the last "Underworld" film, where it just looked like the director wanted to put as many CGI effects/3D effects as possible and you'd think at first ok put a couple of effects in to go along with the action would look cool but when its in every part of the film your like "Oh for fuck's sake!" you get a bit fed up and the story and the whole point of the film gets missed.

If you don't live in the UK just go to this IMDb.com page and click on the release date for the UK underneath the title page and this will take you to a list of other countries that this will be released in and when it will be released.

NEW! COMIC CON 2018 NEWS! VENOM INSIDER NEWS!...PLUS MUCH MUCH MORE!

I just saw this on EW.com's website yesterday and I was going to put it up on here but I have to be honest that my computer had been conking out on me...I don't think it's dealing at all well with this heat or it could just could be a sign that it's showing it's age!.

Anyhew… as it's San Diego Comic Con Entertainment Weekly and a whole host of other websites and journalists along with thousands of droves of fans got to get a whole host of insider scoops on many of the films and TV shows coming out like "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grinderwald", here's the trailer for this if you didn't manage to get a ticket to this event:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vvFybpmyB9E

And the NEW! "Aquaman" film that will star Jason Momoa who you may or may not recognise from "Game Of Thrones", "Bullet To The Head" he played the mercenary that had a fight scene at the end of this movie with Sylvester Stallone with an axe, "Justice League" etc etc... and this will also star Amber Heard which you can imagine took all the headlines for obvious reasons,-this film having it's panel in Hall H 20 minutes after the panel of "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grinderwald" where her ex Johnny Depp was on this panel and not only did she divorce Johnny Depp but she did file for a restraining order against him then dropped this as well as sighting in the divorce papers that he had hit her on one occasion and threw a phone at her head...so a little bit awkward that meeting must have been-, as well as fans getting excited this was finally going to have a trailer, if you haven't seen the trailer for this here is the Youtue.com link to watch:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMzYtgzYO7U

I have also just found on Majestic Entertainment's YouTube channel the Comic Con panel for "Aquaman" with Jason Momoa, Amber Heard and Nicole Kiddman that if you are like me and you didn't get to see this here is the link to watch this below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5Bip6JQ2yg

And also fans got a treat when "Venom" also got it's own panel in Hall H which included the director Reuben Fleischer, the star of the show Tom Hardy and Riz Ahmed who will play Carlton Drake head of the Life Foundation where Tom Hardy's character Eddie Brock gets attacked by another symbiote and then becomes "Venom"...and not only were fans treated to seeing new footage of this upcoming movie which the director Reuben Fleischer said he apologised for and said that this footage still looked raw and unfinished but these fans were treated to a signing of "Venom" posters with Tom Hardy as well as according to Entertainment Weekly's website an inside scoop that not only is Carlton Drake looking like the villain of the piece in this movie but that there will be another symbiote that faces off with "Venom" that can jump from person to person called "Riot" and that this symbiote is revealed to be none other than Carlton Drake, but Reuben Fleischer also went on to tease fans at this panel that "Riot" may not be the only villain to pop up in this film.

He went on to say:

"We're definitely planning a huge world around this "Venom" story..."

He also said according to Entertainment Weekly's website that:

" We want to be able to satisfy our own desires and the desires of fans to explore all the beloved characters in this universe..."

If you are like me and didn't get to go to this years San Diego Comic Con here is the "Venom" panel via Majestic Entertainment News' YouTube channel link below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pc_HAqim80E

Also according to Entertainment Weekly's website fans were shown footage not only of this trailer but they got to have a better look at what "Venom's" powers will be, not only will he be able to form weapons out of his hands but he can also form a head that stretches out from Eddie Brock's chest so he can have an actual conversation with Eddie if needs be...that to me sounds cool and something I'd want to watch.

Also fans were shown footage of "Venom" facing off with a bad guy whilst licking his lips saying:

"Eyes, lungs, pancreas...so many snacks, so little time..."

Looking at this trailer I think you better start nervous laughing because I don't think you want to start asking whether this is a joke or not. If you haven't seen the trailer for this film here is the link to watch this via YouTube.com below:

MUSE CATCH UP! NEW! VIDEO AND SINGLE "SOMETHING HUMAN" AND MORE

I saw the other day on Twitter that there was news of a NEW! MUSE Single going to be released and that the music video would follow and as I am a huuuuuuuuge fan of this band this did really make my day...I was soooo excited I really couldn't wait to hear and see this new stuff from the band.

So when the NEW! music video for "Something Human" was released I just had to stop everything I was doing right at that moment, jump on my computer and go to YouTube.com to see what this looked like...and if you haven't seen this NEW! music video yet I urge you to do the same right now and stop what your doing and watch the link below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azAEHCQgcUI

I have to admit that this song to me doesn't really sound like it goes with the electronic sound that makes this song a MUSE song...it sounds more like Matt Bellamy ( the lead singer of MUSE) went away wrote this song just using a acoustic guitar and nothing else and then the electronic sound was put on after as an after thought...but I think that this track could have sounded better if it was just left as an acoustic version and that there was maybe no need to put all the electronic synth sounds on the track...even if it was to make this sound like a MUSE song.

But that's just my opinion on the subject.

Anyhew… in an interview Matt Bellamy and Chris from the band did recently with KROQ 106.7 FM on the Steve and Bean Radio Show over in the USA they finally announced that there would be an album coming out....THANK GOD! Is all I can say because even though it was said in an interview with NME.com that was published on their website last year I think that there were plans afoot that the band would release a couple of singles then an album this to me has seemed like an aaaaaage to be released even with the insane touring MUSE do around the world and the "For One Night Only DRONES LIVE" film,-which I can't believe has no plan to be released on DVD-.

If you haven't heard the interview with MUSE on the Kevin and Bean show on KROQ here is the link below:

NEW! "VENOM" PICTURES PART II!

According to an interview with Tom Hardy and the director of "Venom" Reuben Fleischer with Entertainment Weekly there are many reasons why Tom Hardy wanted to do this comic book film apparently according to this interview one of those reasons was Tom Hardy's son Louis was a big fan of the character, and according to Tom Hardy himself:

"As far as Marvel characters, I have to say that for me, Venom looks the coolest..."

He goes on to say that:

"That sounds a bit shallow! But I appreciate that he has a kind of brazen swagger and a zero foxtrot attitude".

Tom Hardy also goes onto say why he was drawn to this comic book movie was because:

"There's a tragic clown element, which I find funny and is harmonious with some of the work that I like to do"...

"There's something funny about the circumstances of having a gift but it's a tragic gift. It's a superpower you don't really want, but at the same time, you love it. It makes you feel special . He's a reluctant hero and an anti-hero."

This may make me sound cynical but this sounds like to me the PR machine putting on a cute spin for the masses and that the real reason for doing this role was because superhero movies at the moment seem to be a bit of a trend right now at the box office and many of them turn out incredible amounts of money take for example "Thor" this earned a lot at the box office, gathered a huge following of fans and had a sequel and also got put into the "Avengers" movies and there's already been 4 of these and they churned out a lot of money at the box office and have a huge following, and these sorts of movies do seem to have bigger budgets to do things like CGI, GreenScreen etc etc.

And as this "Venom" movie is separate from Marvel Universe and looking at the trailer this may be Sony's attempt at a their own big budget big money at the box office film franchise. But that's just my opinion on the subject.

Also according to this same article the duality of the role is what fascinated Tom Hardy, and a key part of developing each character was finding their two separate voice as Tom Hardy goes on to say in this interview that:

"It's like Ren and Stimpy, you know?.../"

"They have different sounds. I always saw Venom as sounding like a James Brown lounge lizard, and Eddie Brock is a kind of …",-switching then in this same interview to an aw-shucks American accent-:

"I don't know, an everyday kind of guy. But he's inherited this massive ego, this beast."

The end result sound like a hero with bit of a grey area when it comes to morals as it sounds like to me Eddie Brock is reacting how anybody else would if this happened to them that he's panicking, doesn't know what this thing is and probably wants to find out what the hell it is and if there is any way to get it out of him whereas Venom wants to stay and like he says in the trailer to Eddie "We can do whatever we want" so it sounds like he wants to do whatever he wants even if it means causing chaos and violence...thus the grey area of all the bad things that happen are Venom's doing not Eddie Brock and by the looks of the trailer if Eddie Brock is in trouble Venom sometimes helps out.

Reuben Fleischer the director explains in this interview in forming this body horror of having to share your body with an alien:

"We talked a lot about a werewolf and what it was when you get infected or bit by a werewolf..."

He goes on to say that:

"Usually a human gets imbued with powers or an alien comes from outer space and has to figure out how to live on our Earth..."

"...but this is really about a relationship between two people who have to work together to create this hybrid symbiotic relationship."

According to IMDb.com's website "Venom" will be released in UK cinemas on October 5th, and if you live outside the UK just click on the underlined release date on "Venom" page on IMDb.com's website and it will redirect you to a list of other countries this movie will be released in and when.

NEW! VENOM PICTURES! PART I

I just saw this the other day and I thought that I better put this up on here...even if it frustrates me that there's more news on this Tom Hardy production than on when the next series of "Taboo" will be released as all I've heard so far is there will be another series but no release date on this...yet but I'm sure that like this film there will be more news coming along soon.

Anyhew...Entertainment Weekly have put up on their website some new images that if your like me and have seen the trailer for this then you've probably have seen these images already, if not here is the link to see this trailer if you haven't already seen "Venom":

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9Mv98Gr5pY&t=8s

And if you haven't seen these images yet here they are below:

And:

NEW! FAST AND FURIOUS SPIN OFF "SHAW AND HOBBS" MOVIE NEWS...AND IDRIS ELBA MIGHT BE IN IT!

I saw this piece of news before I went on holiday and today I thought as I was back off holiday I might put it up on here seeing as I didn't get a chance to before.

According to Collider.com's website Universal Pictures has planned a "Fast and Furious" spin-off film starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson playing his character from these "Fast and Furious" movies " Luke Hobbs" and Jason Statham also playing his character from these same films "Deckard Shaw" and you probably already guessed by now what this spin-off is going to be called...drum roll please!..."Hobbs and Shaw".

I just thought whilst writing this that the title of this film sounds a bit like a 60's, 70's television police drama like "Cagney and Lacey"... but having seen many of the "Fast and Furious" films I'm guessing that this will probably have a lot more insane stunts/ action sequences just like these movies do.

Anyhew...according to this same article on Collider.com's website and also on Variety.com's website Idris Elba who you may or may not recognise from BBC One's drama "Luther", you may or may not recognise him also from the film "The Take",- which had to have it's name changed from "Bastille Day"- as it is about a police conspiracy that involves the French police's RAPID response team and goes all the way up to the French minister of intelligence where the RAPID unit plan to get a girl called Zoe to plant a bomb in an abandoned building as the first step in causing chaos and stealing millions of euros from the French National Reserve Bank on Bastille Day, but a pickpocket gets caught in the middle of this as he steals Zoe's bag and the bomb blows up somewhere it's not suppose to and then he has to help Idris Elba who is working for the CIA to clear his name but to also find out who is behind the bomb plot plus he has to help keep Zoe alive as the French RAPID team keeps trying to track her down and kill her. You may or may not also recognise him from the film "Takers" where he is head of a crew of thieves that own a nightclub and one of the crew "Ghost" gets shot and goes to prison, then after "Ghost" gets released he turns up at another crew members house played by Paul Walker and says he has a job for them and whilst everyone else is reluctant to do the job because it involves a bank that is highly protected as it's in the centre of New York Idris Elba's character agrees to do it as he's friends with him but he feels its the least they can do to pay him back for going to jail whilst they were free but they later find out that they have been lied to by "Ghost" and that he set them up to get killed by a group of Russians who were also set up to do the same job...and of course I can't go on mentioning other things you may or may not have seen Idris Elba in without mentioning "Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' Dance Off" music video...if you haven't seen this then here is the YouTube link to this video below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9LAzNMn8Ow

is in the final stages of negotiations to play the villain of this spin off film that will be according to Variety.com's website directed by David Leitch who has also directed "Deadpool 2", and the script has been written by "Fast and Furious" architect Chris Morgan and also according to this same article on Variety.com's website production for this spin-off movie will start this fall/autumn if your like me and live in the UK.

This according to Variety.com's website is supposedly pencilled in for 26th July 2019.

Also according to Collider.com's website another update on "Hobbs and Shaw" is that audiences will see Deckard Shaw's sister who will be played by Vanessa Kirby who also just happens to be an MI5 agent...so it looks like if your in the Shaw family your either like Deckard Shaw and his brother badass villains or your just badass and that you can probably take care of yourself in a fight...but then again their is Helen Mirran's character Magdelene,-their mum- who tried in "The Fate Of The Furious" to put on a cockney accent and tried to look like the Barbara Windsor head of the family type character.

ALERT ALL MUSE FANS! "DRONES: WORLD TOUR" IN CINEMAS FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY!

You may or may not have heard Muse: Drones World Tour will be for one night only shown in cinemas on July 12th 2018...I know I know I should have definitely put this up on here a hell of a lot sooner as I am one of the biggest fans of this band but I have honestly been waylayed with other things and like all great things this has just been put on the back burner.

God damn it! I've just seen that even if I wanted to see this in cinemas I couldn't go as I am on holiday anyway! So deflating to hear this even after some cinemas near where I live will be showing this.

This according to Cineworld.com's website will give fans a 360 degree audio/visual sensory experience, this is also said to feature never before seen visual effects such as autonomous drones flying across the audience and giant projections interacting with band members live on stage, and exclusive insight from the band in the introduction.

It is also said on this same website that Muse have created an unforgettable fan experience that demands to be seen on the big screen...about time too! I think as all their live performances that I have managed to see from Glastonbury that gets aired on TV is amazing, really enjoyable, really big and all the special effects and stage management needs to be seen to be believed that this is what they did for their live performance.

OMG! OMG! OMG! TOP GUN 2 IS FINALLY IN PRODUCTION!

I have just read this on The Hollywood Reporter's website that production for this looooooong awaited sequel "Top Gun: Maverick" is now underway and that Miles Teller who you may or may not recognise from other films such as "Whiplash", "Fantastic Four" the rebooted version who played Reed Richards, "Divergent" he played Peter who didn't like Shailene Woodlley's character Beatrice Prior very much and kept referring to has as "stiff ", has been cast as Tom Cruise's character's Maverick's best friend Goose's son.

According to The Hollywood Reporter's website this will be a reunion of sorts as Tom Cruise will reprise his role as Pete "Maverick" Mitchell and so will Val Kilmer to reprise his role as Maverick's formal rival The Iceman, German composer Harold Faltermeyer who composed the memorable synth score will also be returning to this sequel, Jerry Bruckheimer who produced the original "Top Gun" film will be back to produce this sequel along with Tom Cruise and Skydance Media's David Ellison who will also produce this film.

According also to The Hollywood Reporter's website and The Independent Online this film will see "Maverick" set in the present day and will see Maverick in more of a mentor role to the newest generation of fighter pilots having to deal with drone technology that is threatening their old style of flying and making it obsolete.

Also according to The Hollywood Reporter's website Joseph Kosinski who directed "Oblivion" will direct this sequel that has been pencilled in for release on July 12th 2019...but anything can happen as anybody who has been waiting like I have for the new "Mission Impossible: Fallout" will already know that everything got put on hold on the production of this film as Tom Cruise broke his ankle.

SOUND THE ALARM ECHELONS! JARED LETO CONFIRMED TO PLAY MORBIUS:THE LIVING VAMPIRE!

You may or may not have already heard but I saw this the other day on Twitter and I have to say that I wasn't and still am not sure of what to make of this news...

According to CBR.com's website Jared Leto has now confirmed that he will be playing "Morbius: The Livng Vampire" for Sony's Spider-Man spinoff film which if your like me and haven't heard of this character before, I'll help fill in the gaps with a little assistance from Wikipedia of course...according to this website Morbius was Dr. Michael Morbius PhD, MD, after a failed biochemical experiment to cure him of his rare blood disorder he was imbued with vampiric superhuman and physical traits which saw him in the comic books, TV shows and video games his struggle with his human-vampire persona, his insatiable lust for human blood, his subsequent efforts to cure his condition and his inevitable stint as a nightmarish and brutal vigilante.

Also according to this same website this new film of Sony Movies will be a "horror, action story" but
as Jared Leto has posted a picture on his Instagram page of the cover of Marvel's 2012 NOW! series of "Morbius: The Living Vampire" by Joe Keatinge and Richard Elson to confirm this project is in fact in development CBR.com is seeming to suggest that as Sony's film will explore this character's anti-hero side instead of a villain it is entirely possible with this that this new movie was inspired by this book series which saw Morbius escape from prison and seek redemption in the crime ridden streets of Brownsville.

There is no release date for this film yet but Daniel Espinosa will direct this from a screenplay written by Burk Sharplass and Matt Sazama.

THE SOPRANOS ARE GETTING THEIR OWN FILM PREQUEL!

I apologise for not being on here for a while now but I've just been soooo wrapped up in this World Cup that seems to be moving so fast and furiously, (sorry for the pun but I just couldn't resist!) and anything seems to be happening like Spain, Argentina, Portugal and Germany going out of the competition... big shocker! and Uruguay looking soooo good! and Edison Cavani scoring those two amazing goals!

Anyhew...enough about the football otherwise I'll be here all day and before I know it this blog post will have turned from an interesting post about The Sopranos TV show getting a prequel movie into a post about football!...but I have just realised just now that this kinda already sounds like this post has turned into a little bit about the football sorry if you were trying to avoid it but the tournament has just been THAT exciting!

Anyhew...I've not been idle whilst I've been away yesterday whilst I was on Twitter I heard that The Sopranos is getting its own movie...this according to Den Of Geek's website will be a prequel.

According to TheWrap.com and DenOfGeek.com Alan Taylor who directed "Thor: The Dark World" will direct and David Chase has written the script for this prequel that according to both of these websites has been titled "The Many Saints Of Newark", this also according to these websites will be set during in 1960's Newark, New Jersey when race riots between African-Americans and Italian-Americans were at their worst.

Also according to TheWrap.com this film will show several of the Soprano key characters from the TV show as well as showing younger versions of some of these characters.

But I can't help hoping that this prequel will have the ducks in that Tony Soprano got obsessed with that landed in his families swimming pool and when they flew away he got depressed and started having to go see a psychologist for.

According to Variety.com's website David Chase will produce this prequel along with Lawrence Konner also co-writing on this project with New Line Cinema overseeing and funding this project according to DenOfGeek.com's website.

Also according to Variety.com Chase Films' Nicole Lambert will serve as executive producer. It isn't known yet when this will be released yet.

SOUND THE TRUMPETS PLEASE! AND THE WINNER IS TO DISTRIBUTE JAMES BOND 25 IS.....MGM, ANNAPURNA PICTURES AND UNIVERSAL PICTURES!

I saw on the internet the other day that the long race that every major studio in Hollywood seemed to want to win bar Disney after Sony's deal to distribute James Bond internationally ended after "Spectre" has now finally been won... thank goodness I say because as a fan of James Bond I was a bit worried there for a minuite because it's already been said that Danny Boyle will direct this next film but if no one owns the rights to distribute this internationally then how the fuck is anyone in any other country going to see this next James Bond as the franchise is owned by Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson who own Eon Productions which is based in London and the films are made at Pinewood Studios but Sony is American so if no one came in to internationally distribute this next film in the Bond franchise this would be more than a bit tricky for Barbara Broccoli and Michael G.Wilson as Bond 25 would just be stuck and maybe would become a moot point...heaven forbid!

Anyhew... I digress

According to Deadline.com's website in a deal that was just signed between Eon's Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, chairman of the board at MGM Kevin Ulrich, MGM's Motion Pictures Group President Jon Glickman and Universal Pictures President Donna Langley, through a joint venture with Annapurna Pictures MGM will distribute James Bond 25 domestically (in the USA) and Universal will distribute James Bond 25 internationally as well as through home entertainment.

MGM still retains digital as well as worldwide television rights to James Bond 25 and while the distribution domestically will be distributed by the joint venture of MGM and Annapurna Pictures this film will still go out under the MGM label.

Not only this but according to this same article on Deadline.com's website but Barbara Broccoli announced the exciting news that:

"...We will begin shooting Bond 25 at Pinewood Studios in December with our partners at MGM..."

Bond 25 will be released in the UK on 25th October 2019, if you live outside of the UK here is the list of release dates for this movie from IMDb.com's website:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2382320/releaseinfo?ref_=tt_ov_inf

LOOKS LIKE CBS TV AREN'T THE ONLY ONE'S THAT WANT TO REBOOT MAGNUM P.I FOR TV!

I was perusing the Internet the other day as my sister had told me she'd heard on the grapevine that some tv station in America was going to be rebooting Magnum P.I and that it was going to be produced by Eva Longoria but she didn't know which tv station this was or if this was true or just a rumour.

So I of course googled this to find out more...and I saw on Deadline.com's website that Universal TV, Eva Longoria's UnbeliEVAble Entertainment and  through his banner Kung Fu Monkey John Rogers has picked from a catalogue of titles owned by Universal to be rebooted "Magnum P.I"...according to Deadline.com's website:

"...They identified "Magnum P.I" as particularly viable and relevant, and Rogers unlocked a way in with Thomas Magnum's daughter that he took custody of in the show's finale..."

According to this same article on Deadline.com's website this TV reboot will follow Lily "Tommy" Magnum who returns to Hawaii to pick up the mantle of her father's P.I firm. Her and her friends will mix tropical beaches with the seedy underbelly of international crime and modern day espionage, whilst she tries to find out what happened with the blown undercover operation that her father was killed in...

This although this website says it's suppose to be action packed sounds to me like it's going to be more in line with "Baywatch" and that was bloody hilarious!

John Rogers who created "Leverage" will write the script for this as well as executive produce through his banner Kung Fu Monkey alongside Eva Longoria's UnbeliEVAble Entertainment and Ben Spector along with Kung Fu Monkey's Jennifer Court, and since UnbeliEVAble Entertainment is under an overall deal with Universal and is based there as well as Universal already owning the original rights to "Magnum P.I" Universal will be the studio that this rebooted series will be distributed by.

YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS TO BELIEVE IT: A NEW! REBOOTED MAGNUM P.I. TV SERIES!

I was perusing YouTube.com's website the other day and this came up on the homepage and I just couldn't believe it...CBS TV over in the USA is rebooting Magnum P.I into a TV series with the help of the writers from "Fast and The Furious" Justin Lin.

Here is the link to YouTube.com's website to see this NEW! rebooted Magnum P.I TV series trailer:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADAeeJclFIU

This pilot for CBS TV will star Jay Hernandez who you may or may not recognise from films such as "Suicide Squad" where he played El Diablo (the one who could manipulate fire and had a skull tattoo on his face) Netflix's "Bright" that also starred Will Smith and also you may or may not recognise from the "Bad Moms" film franchise as Thomas Sullivan Magnum, if your like me you'll probably already know that this was originally played by Tom Selleck and will be directed by Justin Lin who you may or may not already know directed four of the "Fast and The Furious" films which I'm guessing was done so as CBS TV could get lots of people watching this and this could therefore transfer into them making a lot of money.

But you can also guess that with Justin Lin's involvement that there are going to be a lot of action and maybe some crazy ass stunts.

I have to say though even though I can't believe this has been rebooted into a television series I can see why some of the websites I've seen this morning are a bit against it as this to me does look like this is just the original with a couple of modern day tweaks with everything from the original Ferrari's that were synonymous with Magnum's character are back, Zeus and Apollo (the two Doberman's that Higgins had to chase away any unwanted guests at Robin Masters house in Hawaii), there seems to be a new Higgins this time she's an ex-MI6 British Intelligence employee who now works for Robin Masters as his property manager, there is still a TC and he still has a helicopter with the exact same paint job as the original TC's helicopter had and there's still a Rick.

All that seems to have changed according to Houston Press's website is the backstory for Magnum...instead of being an ex-Navy SEAL who served in Vietnam this time around it looks like the new Magnum will still be an ex-Navy SEAL that served in Afghanistan and instead of being hired by Robin Masters as his "estate security" is now hired by Robin Masters to have his exploits used as inspiration for his adventure novels.

But it also looks like from this trailer that CBS TV are trying to cross over or link this new reboot series with their "Hawaii Five-O" rebooted series and that perhaps the network are trying to pool fans of both series in so that maybe there are more viewing figures that will show if this series on the strength of this pilot will actually be a success or not if it were to ever become more than just a pilot.

NEW! MUSIC YOU JUST HAVE TO LISTEN TO RIGHT NOW THIS MINUITE!

I heard the other day on Facebook the very exciting news that Stevie Wolf who I am a HUGE fan of has had his first radio play on NPR Music Washington DC with "Yves Kleine Blue"...if you want to hear this first listen again here is the link to have a little listen to it on NPR Music:

https://www.npr.org/sections/allsongs/2018/04/24/604446291/new-mix-beach-house-tank-and-the-bangas-stevie-wolf-more

You can hear "Yves Kleine Blue" at the 27:30 mark...just in case your wondering. But I have to say when I heard this first play I was really loving their Tiny Desk Winner's song "Soft Spoken" I have to say that Naia Izumi does some really sick things on that guitar that he plays during the song which if you haven't heard it yet you just have to stop what your doing right away and sit down and listen to this, here is Naia Izumi playing "Soft Spoken" as part of NPR Music's concert which showcases the winner of this competition's talent as well as it being a small intimate music concert which as well as "Soft Spoken" being played and heard in a small intimate audience environment two other songs are also showcased these are "As It Comes" and "Soul Gaze", here is the link on YouTube.com to have a little gander and see what you think for yourselves:

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42MiCMJ6DJU

I can't believe that this hasn't been played on Radio yet because I think with these songs chilled relaxed summery vibes that are played at this intimate concert people would go wild for these songs, because I think like me with summer coming around the corner and particularly as I've seen on some fashion websites this morning that it's nearly bikini season this would be perfect for being played if you were on holiday somewhere chilling by the pool with its chilled vibes, or this would also be perfect to put on in the background of a bar if you were going to go out for drinks with friends or if this bank holiday you were just chilling at home.

Also I've been listening a lot on soundcloud.com's website to an artist from Stockport, Manchester called Darren Peers that goes by the name pitbulljones in case you want to head on over to his soundcloud.com page to have a little listen to other tracks by him. In particular I've been listening to the remastered mix of "Laid My Claim" a hell of a lot recently and you can have a little listen to this track as well as other tracks of his and see what you think for your self with this link to Darren Peer's soundcloud page:

https://soundcloud.com/pitbulljones

I was just listening to pitbulljones's first mix "Braver" this to me sounds so much like it should be on one of those compilation albums for chilled songs.

GUESS WHO'S BACK...MR.WORLDWIDE! PITBULL FT. ENRIQUE INGLESIAS "MOVE TO MIAMI"

I was just perusing YouTube the other day and this popped up on the homepage "Pitbull ft Enrique Iglesias "Move To Miami"...and I have to be honest as Pitbull and Enrique Inglesias have had no singles out for a while now and the fact that it's Pitbull my interest was piqued.

If you haven't seen the music video for this NEW! Single "Move To Miami" here is the Youtube link for you to have a little gander at:

Balvin and J Balvin's official song for the 2018 World Cup "Positivo" will definitely be on people's party playlists...well this song "Move To Miami" is already on my party playlist along with Pitbull's "Fireball", "Fun ft Chris Brown", "Hey Ma", "I Know You Want Me" "International Love" the list goes on as they are all party anthems.

I have to be honest I have heard Jason Derulo ft Maluma's song for the 2018 World Cup 2018 "Colours" and I have to be honest I much prefer this version as to be honest this sounds like shit pop music to me and like it should be an advert for CocaCola....and not surprisingly it even has a bottle of CocaCola Zero product placed in the music video.

I just realised if you haven't seen this music video my bad for spoiling this for you...but if you want to have a little gander at this for yourself here is the YouTube.com link:

Bourne Ordered By The USA Channel A Scripted Pilot Of "Treadstone"!

I was perusing the Internet yesterday to see when or if there was going to be another New Jason Bourne Adventure book out by Eric Van Lustbader and I saw this headline on FilmSchool Rejects.com's website "Treadstone Will Again Attempt Jason Bourne Without Jason Bourne"...and as I am a massive fan of the Jason Bourne film franchise and I've seen all these films including "The Bourne Legacy" and including "Jason Bourne" (if your not sure which one this is in the grand scheme of things "Jason Bourne" is Bourne film no. 5 in this film franchise) countless amounts of times my curiosity was naturally piqued.

According to FilmSchoolRejects.com website and Variety.com's website USA Network the #1 cable entertainment network has ordered a scripted pilot for a series called "Treadstone" this will come from Universal Cable Productions and is said according to Variety.com's website:

"...to explore the origins and the present-day actions of  a CIA black ops program known as Treadstone, a covert operation that uses behavioural modification protocol to turn its agents into nearly unstoppable human assassins. Jason Bourne, the central character in Universal Picture's "Bourne" film franchise, was a product of the program. The series follows new sleeper agents across the globe as they're mysteriously "awakened" to resume their deadly missions."

Tim Krang will also according to Variety.com's website will serve as executive producer and writer, along with Ramin Bahrani will direct this pilot as well as executive produce this pilot, Ben Smith and Jeffrey Weiner will executive produce on behalf of Captivate and Justin Levy will executive produce with Bradley Thomas on behalf of Imperative Entertainment.

Also if your like me and are wondering if there is a NEW! Jason Bourne Adventure book coming out you are in luck my friends because I found on Amazon.com's website that out on the 1st September 2018 "The Bourne Nemesis" by Eric Van Lustbader will be available but you can go and pre-order this now either in Hardcover form or in Paperback form or you can even get this for the Kindle.

The SAGA CONTINUES...DISNEY'S LUCASFILM SUES REN VENTURES OVER COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND MUCH MORE

I apologise for the pun but this was just begging to be done and I just couldn't let it go to waste. I just saw this article on TheHollywoodReporter's website that was published the day after the article that was published on TheBlast.com's website and just had to put this up here.

According to TheHollywoodReporter.com's website now Disney's LucasFilm is suing Ren Ventures for copyright infringements, trademark infringements and unfair competition and is asking the court to cancel Ren Ventures trademark of "Sabacc".

According to TheHollywood.com's website Disney's LucasFilm says that Ren Ventures sought to capitalize on the fandom of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" film by creating the video game app "Sabacc" right before this films release in 2015.

Also according to this same article on The HollywoodReporter.com's website Disney's LucasFilm goes even further by stating in court documents written by Disney LucasFilms' attorney Cynthia Arato that:

"Defendants' website, Facebook page and other social media accounts all display copyrighted images from "Star Wars" motion pictures and television episodes and quote copyrighted dialogue from these works..."

She goes on to say that:

"They even named one of their companies, Ren Ventures, after the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" character named Kylo Ren."

She also goes on to say that:

" Prior to the Defendants' claimed "first use" of the mark SABACC, in 2015, Plaintiffs publicly announced that LucasFilm was developing a new motion picture focused on Han Solo as a young man..."

"Star Wars fans and any interested observer would expect that the pivotal game of Sabacc between Lando Calrission and Han Solo would be part of the new movie. In fact, fans began to speculate about whether the movie would feature Sabacc".

So in other words Disney's LucasFilm attorney is saying that Ren Ventures knew even before 2015 that Disney's LucasFilm was going to be making a new film seeing Han Solo when he was a young man and they knew that this could or would feature the card game Sabacc as anyone who is like me and fan of "Star Wars" knows that Sabacc is how the Millennium Falcon became Han Solo's ship, and this is also told in a screenplay for 1978's "The Empire Strikes Back" that wrote it as "Sabacca" but was then changed to "Sabacc" in the 1980 novelisation of this story and in the first book in a trilogy about Lando Calrissian explains the rules of "Sabacc", and that regardless of this they made the mobile game app anyway so they had to have known that they were going to be creating click bait for people as anyone who's anyone is going to click on this want to play it as it even sounds regardless of who owns this trademark like "Sabacc" is something from "Star Wars".

REN VENTURES SUING DISNEY'S LUCASFILM, DENNY'S AND COLLIDER.COM FOR TRADEMARK INFRIDGEMENT

I was perusing the Internet yesterday and an interesting headline popped up saying "LucasFilm suing video mobile app company over Sabacc" and as I am a huge Star Wars fan my curiosity was of course piqued as to know more about this story...but alas the internet went so I couldn't read what this was all about until today.

I Googled this and according to TheBlast.com's website a mobile video app created by Ren Ventures is suing Disney's LucasFilm, Denny's and Collider.com for copyright infringement for a card game app called "Sabacc" that combines both poker and poker.

Also according to TheBlast.com's website Ren Ventures claims that in 2015 it filed for the trademark of Sabacc and that this was granted in 2016 as it went unopposed...this just sounds ridiculous to me as I am a huge fan of Star Wars and last time I checked LucasFilm and Disney both before Disney bought LucasFilm are pretty big companies and your telling me that if they don't physically go to court and legally trademark this name it's free game for anyone to take it as a name for anything?!

Surely someone in these big companies already knows this and Ren Ventures is saying that there was no one in these companies that either appeared to know this, thought of it themselves to use "Sabacc" in their marketing departments when they bring out all the Star Wars merchandise when this new film would come out or just didn't care about this therefore they didn't oppose this giving them "Ren Ventures" free rein to use it in a card game app they created.

Also according to TheBlast.com's website Ren Ventures didn't give Disney's LucasFilm license to use the term "Sabacc" and that it certainly didn't give them license to partner with Denny's restaurant in America to create an advert that centres around this game and is therefore suing them and Collider.com for violating their trademark by using "Sabacc".

TheBlast.com's website says this lawsuit is in response to LucasFilms lawsuit last year which was to have Ren Ventures trademark cancelled as LucasFilm claimed that this would only cause confusion with customers.

NEW! "EQUALIZER 2" MOVIE TRAILER!

I was perusing YouTube.com's website the other day and I couldn't believe this came up on my homepage.

You may or may not have seen the trailer to this yet, here is the link to this on YouTube.com to have a little look at it and see it for yourself:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyNJ3UrGk_I

Both Antoine Fuqua and Denzel Washington are back in this follow up to "The Equalizer" which if you haven't seen this first film I urge you to go and see this as it was action packed and is good to watch if there is nothing on the TV to watch...if you haven't seen this film then I will fill in the blanks for you...Denzel Washington plays Robert McCall a seemingly quite, keeps himself to himself, has a routine guy like for example he doesn't have much in his apartment and he keeps a watch by his bedside and gets up at a certain time each morning, gets dressed, takes the same bus each morning to a diner and sets himself out in a booth with a book each night, he cleans with the serviette the knife and fork once he sits down in the booth and then goes to work at a home depot store and seems to be friendly towards Ralphie who is trying to train to become a security guard at the store but one day Ralphie up and stops wanting to train after his mother's restaurant gets broken into and there is a fire and after McCall learns it was no accident and it was really the work of corrupt policemen who did it because she didn't pay her protection money on time...he pays them a little visit and gets them to give the money back to Ralphie's mother. And after he befriends a young girl who also regularly goes to the same diner as him that wants to become a singer but gets into a different car each night stops coming to the diner one night and is put in the hospital goes out to pay the people that did that to her and in turn the audience find out that he used to be a government agent that quit as soon as he got married and in turn has to go to war with the head of the Russian Mafia as he learns that The Russian Mafia is running a prostitution ring that she is involved in and that involves corrupt police to look the other way so to speak.

This film sees Denzel Washington reprising his role as Robert McCall who is getting justice for the oppressed and exploited but he has to go back into action when his long time friend Susan Plummer played by Melissa Leo is murdered whilst by the looks of this trailer is investigating the death of another agent.

According to IMDb.com this is pencilled in to be released in the UK on the 17th August. This will be directed by Antoine Fuqua.

NEW! MUST SEE VENOM TRAILER AND POSTER!

I was just perusing the internet this morning and I saw this headline..."Venom Trailer with Tom Hardy actually in it this time" and I just had to have a look at what this was all about. According to Collider.com and Comicbook.com's website some fans weren't happy about the teaser trailer that Sony released where you only got to see Venom begin to appear and fans didn't get to see all of Venom as if you've seen any of the build up for this movie there seemed to be a lot of talk about how Tom Hardy wouldn't be wearing any kind of suit to get into the character of Venom but it would all be done by CGI including the long protruding tong that is in the comic books.

If you haven't seen the teaser trailer for this movie here is the YouTube.com link to see what you think for yourself:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzxFdtWmjto

Here is the YouTube link to take a little look for yourselves and see what you think of this NEW! VENOM Trailer:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9Mv98Gr5pY

Here is the NEW! Poster to go along with this NEW! trailer for "Venom"

venom-poster-released

Not a lot of details are known yet about what the plot of this movie will be save for the NEW! Synopsis that Sony have released with this NEW! trailer and poster for "Venom" which says according to Comicbook.com's website:

" One of Marvel's most enigmatic, complex and badass characters comes to the big screen, starring Academy Award nominee Tom Hardy as the lethal protector Venom".

Is this really a synopsis for this NEW! film?! because to me this doesn't really tell you what this film is going to be about...the trailer seems to give you more of an idea than this synopsis does like how it looks like this film is definitely going to have teeth...literary done by CGI of course and metaphorically as this looks like this is more than your average Spider-Man film.

But I just thought with how it says in the synopsis of this movie that had no involvement what so ever from Marvel Studios "lethal protector Venom" might just be me but could this be seeming to suggest that for all Venom's:

"If I see it, we can do whatever we want"

deal he makes with Tom Hardy's character Eddie Brock he does a little good in the process by taking on the crazed head of the Life Foundation who is testing alien symbiotes on humans and wants to see the effects on humans as well as taking on these test subjects that have infected Eddie Brock and maybe wreaking havoc?

This is pencilled in according to IMDb.com's website to be released in UK cinemas on October 5th 2018 and will be directed by Ruben Fleischer and the screenplay is written by Kelly Marcel, Will Beall, Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner according to IMDb.com and is based on the Marvel characters by Todd McFarlane and David Michelinie.

CATCH UP POST: MIKE SHINODA, THE MEG MOVIE TRAILER, 30 SECONDS TO MARS NEW! ALBUM "AMERICA", NEW! PANIC! AT THE DISCO PART II

God I really don't know where to start on this follow up Part II as there seems to have been a million things happen whilst I've been recovering from a chest infection.

But first things first 30 Seconds To Mars released on April 6th their NEW! album "America" and I can't believe the negative comments I've seen on the Internet about this and about the band, things like someone on YouTube.com did a meme with their list album cover but instead of it saying the top 5 of whatever like for instance you could have got on one album cover the top 5 sex positions, top 5 list of styles as said by GQ etc they've done "WOW THIS BAND HAS GONE DOWN HILL FAST" and people saying that 30 Seconds To Mars have sold out with this album...I get it people are entitled to their own opinion but... this album sounds different to the bands other albums but over a career spanning as long as theirs are you not as a band going to differ in sound over time? And I know what I may say next may get a few comments on here or it may not as it may cause offense but I'm going to say it anyway...are the people that are saying these things really fans of 30 Seconds To Mars? as if you were a fan of 30 Seconds To Mars like I am surely you would just be excited at this band releasing a NEW! album after so long between this NEW! one and "Love. Lust. Dreams. Faith" and you'd just want to listen to it because you want to hear any of the NEW! songs that haven't been released after "Walk On Water", " Dangerous Night" which was according to Wikipedia produced by Zedd and "One Track Mind ft. A$AP Rocky" and what these other tracks sound like? And if you haven't heard any of these amazing tracks here is the link below to see what you think for yourself on YouTube.com:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oq-TJV4WMwQ

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FA2w-PMKspo&list=RDFA2w-PMKspo#t=0

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yN7N0P2TxHQ&index=2&list=RDFA2w-PMKspo

I just thought whilst I was listening to this that this "One Track Mind ft. A$AP Rocky" definitely to me anyway has vibes of Khalid and Marshallow's single "Silence":

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tx1sqYc3qas

I apologise for saying this but I just felt like I needed to get this off my chest as it's really been bugging me as well as reading some of the surprisingly negative comments that people have been giving Gwen Stefani whilst she's been doing all the press for her NEW! upcoming "Just A Girl" residency in Las Vegas...why do people do this when there is no need for negative comments? Especially as she is Gwen Stefani lead singer of "No Doubt" one of the coolest bands ever,-in my opinion-.

Anyhew...I have to say that since I have received a copy of "America" I cannot stop playing this album as I am loving these tracks no matter how different they might sound to some people. If you haven't heard any of this NEW! album yet well shame on you, you need to put down whatever your doing right now and get on over to wherever you download your music from Spotify, ITunes, Amazon etc and listen to this album it will get you seriously hooked!...that might just be me as I'm a bit biased being a fan of 30 Seconds To Mars...yes this album does sound different to "Love. Lust. Faith. Dreams" but all these different sounding songs make you want to listen to them and find out what's your favourite sounding track off this album.

I also have to say that whenever I listen to "Rescue Me" the guitar on the track always makes me think of "The Police-Message In A Bottle"...if you've not heard this song where the hell have you been all these years? here is the link to hear this song on YouTube.com:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MbXWrmQW-OE

And I'm absolutely loving their epic cinematic sounding "Monolith" which is just an instrumental track.

And I am really surprised because I haven't heard on their previous albums any duets, Halsey appears on a duet "Love Is Madness" on Track 7 of this NEW! album and I have to say that this as well as "Remedy" which is sung by Shannon Leto and sounds more acoustic, is one of my favourite tracks and every time I listen to this album I always get this track stuck in my head. If you haven't heard this track yet here is the link to it on YouTube.com:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCCFU7l4w04

And I was perusing YouTube the other day and after hearing about this upcoming film for a couple of months now I saw the first official trailer for this Jason Statham film "The Meg" has officially been put up on the Internet, here is the trailer for this film if you haven't already seen this yet:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsLk0NPRFAc

The story for this is according to IMDb.com after escaping an attack by what he claims is a 70ft Megladon (a prehistoric shark) Jonas Taylor who will be played by Jason Statham must save those trapped on a sunken submersible...this to me looks soooo stupid and soooo CGI because this would never be plausible that a prehistoric shark would still be hanging around at the bottom of the ocean and nobody has seemed to have noticed until Jason Statham came along to save the day...but now that I think about this I think with this and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's "Rampage" movie about a huge CGI gorilla that has been genetically altered and also a wolf which has been mutated with the DNA of a bat to make a flying wolf I think we've moved now into the realms of movies that you just shouldn't ask stupid questions of what's real, what's not real, what's plausible and what's not plausible just go and see the films...or this could just smell like everybody involved in this movie was desperate for a pay day.
